跨国公司投资战略与东道国吸引外资的博弈分析

【摘要】：随着全球经济呈现一体化的态势,越来越多的跨国公司期望能进入更多国家的市场以扩大经营范围、增强实力。本文在简述跨国公司与东道国博弈过程的基础上,对双方在博弈中可能占有优势进行分析,并利用均衡博弈模型对双方从谈判中的博弈到达成合作这一过程进行解释。根据跨国公司与东道国均衡博弈模型,从东道国和跨国公司两个角度分析博弈过程对中国的启示。
[Abstract]:With the integration of the global economy, more and more multinational companies expect to enter the markets of more countries in order to expand the scope of operation and strengthen their strength. Based on the brief introduction of the game process between the multinational corporation and the host country, this paper analyzes the possible advantages of both sides in the game, and uses the equilibrium game model to explain the process from the negotiation game to the conclusion of cooperation between the two sides. According to the equilibrium game model between multinational corporation and host country, this paper analyzes the enlightenment of the game process to China from the perspective of host country and multinational corporation.
