多品种小批量生产模式下动态控制图的应用

【摘要】:针对多品种小批量的生产过程,依据产品相似性判断条件把同一工序中满足相似性判断条件的不同产品构建为一个零件族,并采用历史数据与实时数据相结合的方法收集样本数据。对样本数据进行标准化转换,采用MINITAB软件对转换后的数据进行检验,表明经过变换之后的数据符合建立控制图的条件。在进行数据变换的时候采用实时均值的方法,使得随着生产的进行,控制图的控制界限在不断变化,增强了控制图的检出能力。使控制图能更好的反映生产过程的实际情况,并通过实例进行分析。
[Abstract]:In view of the production process of multi-variety and small batch, according to the condition of product similarity judgment, the different products which satisfy the similarity judgment condition in the same working procedure are constructed into a family of parts. The method of combining historical data with real-time data is used to collect sample data. The standard conversion of the sample data and the test of the transformed data by MINITAB software show that the transformed data accord with the condition of establishing the control chart. In the process of data transformation, the method of real-time mean value is used, which makes the control limit of control chart change continuously with the production, and enhances the ability of detecting control chart. The control chart can better reflect the actual situation of the production process, and through an example to analyze.
