功能失效模式相关的竞争失效可靠性建模

【摘要】:机械产品失效从丧失功能的角度可以划分为退化失效与突发失效,在寿命期内,这两种失效模式之间存在竞争关系,使产品最终发生竞争失效。传统的可靠性模型大多假设这两种失效模式之间相互独立,得到的可靠性评估结果将存在较大偏差。然而工程实际中,失效模式之间存在相互作用关系,当前考虑失效模式相关的可靠性研究仍不够充分。针对退化失效过程对突发失效过程的影响,以及冲击所具有的衰减特性,分析失效模式之间的相关性,建立竞争失效模型,用于产品可靠性评估。本文的主要研究成果如下:(1)从载荷工况出发,由于疲劳载荷将使产品性能发生退化,性能退化进一步发展成为退化失效,冲击载荷会引发产品的突发破坏。把工程实际中的随机载荷简化为疲劳载荷与冲击载荷,分析疲劳载荷与冲击载荷交替作用的工况,建立一种传统的可靠性评估模型,来说明传统可靠性评估的建模方法。(2)考虑退化过程对冲击过程的影响,分析其在两个方面存在相关:一方面表现为退化失效与突发失效受到同一冲击过程的作用;另一方面表现为总退化量不仅影响冲击出现的强度,而且影响冲击出现时的幅值,利用Poisson过程对冲击过程进行描述,建立产品在相关模式下的竞争失效可靠度模型。(3)针对产品突发失效过程中存在退化的现象,对该退化中的连续退化与突增退化进行描述,并建立产品的突发失效过程模型。进一步分析退化失效过程与突发失效过程之间的相关性:冲击同时对退化失效和突发失效造成影响;以及退化失效过程使突发失效过程产生退化。基于随机过程理论,推导产品在该相关模式下的竞争失效可靠性模型。(4)针对经受竞争失效的机械产品其突发失效过程中冲击存在衰减的现象,根据冲击信号的衰减特性,提出基于衰减冲击模型的竞争失效可靠性分析计算方法。该方法首先考察具有周期性和随机性特点的两类衰减冲击过程,利用指数函数描述其衰减规律,探讨冲击作用时所产生的冲量,在此基础上构建冲击所造成的损伤与冲量之间的量化模型,通过Wiener过程对连续退化过程进行描述,进一步推导产品在失效相关模式下的竞争失效可靠性分析模型。基于以上模型比较研究了考虑冲击衰减与否对可靠性评估的差异,以说明该方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:The failure of mechanical products can be divided into degradation failure and sudden failure from the point of view of loss of function. Most of the traditional reliability models assume that the two failure modes are independent of each other, and the results of reliability evaluation will be deviated greatly. However, in engineering practice, there is an interaction between failure modes, and the current reliability research considering failure mode is still insufficient. In view of the impact of degradation failure process on burst failure process and the attenuation characteristics of impact, the correlation between failure modes is analyzed, and a competitive failure model is established for product reliability evaluation. The main research results of this paper are as follows: (1) starting from the load condition, the fatigue load will degrade the product performance, the performance degradation will further develop into the degradation failure, and the impact load will lead to the sudden destruction of the product. The random load in engineering practice is simplified as fatigue load and impact load, and a traditional reliability evaluation model is established by analyzing the alternating action of fatigue load and impact load. (2) considering the influence of degradation process on impact process, analyzing its correlation in two aspects: on the one hand, it shows that degradation failure and burst failure are affected by the same impact process; On the other hand, the total degradation not only affects the intensity of impact, but also affects the amplitude of impact. The Poisson process is used to describe the impact process. The competitive failure reliability model of the product in the related mode is established. (3) the continuous degradation and the sudden degradation in the product burst failure process are described, and the burst failure process model of the product is established. The correlation between the degradation failure process and the burst failure process is further analyzed: the impact on both the degradation failure and the burst failure, and the degradation process which results in the degradation of the burst failure process. Based on the stochastic process theory, the competitive failure reliability model of the product in the relevant mode is derived. (4) according to the attenuation characteristics of the shock signal, the impact of the mechanical products subjected to competitive failure is attenuated during the sudden failure. A method for analyzing and calculating the reliability of competitive failure based on attenuated shock model is proposed. In this method, two kinds of attenuated shock processes with periodicity and randomness are investigated, and the law of attenuation is described by using exponential function, and the impulse produced by impact is discussed. On this basis, the quantitative model between damage and impulse caused by impact is constructed, and the continuous degradation process is described by Wiener process, and the model of competitive failure reliability analysis of products in failure related mode is further deduced. Based on the above models, the difference of reliability assessment considering shock attenuation or not is compared to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
