牛粪与秸秆混合厌氧干发酵实验研究

非洲国家的可再生资源丰富,但是要利用这些资源有很大的挑战。利用随处丢弃的农业废弃物包括牛粪和玉米秸秆开发新能源比如生产沼气将减少对传统新柴燃烧方式的依赖。传统燃烧方式造成了环境的负面影响,包括室内环境污染,森林砍伐和土壤退化。本项研究的目的是以牛粪和玉米秸秆为原料进行沼气干发酵研究,实验其消化特性,主要针对不同发酵原料配比、消化温度和水力滞留时间等参数进行,小试规模。试验结果如下: (1)中温消化启动阶段是在常温条件22-28℃进行,之后的半连续发酵是采用中温35±1。C。启动过程是28天,顺利进行,最大日产气量为8.63L·d-1出现在启动开始后的第八天,第28天日产气量降到最低点为1.32L·d-1。 (2)通过秸秆与牛粪混合而提高了原料的C/N,同时原料的空隙率也得以提升这有利于物料间的传质。在中温消化中,最高装置产气率1.30L·(Ld)-1是在HRT为30d的条件下获得的,此时的原料产气率是0.57L·(gVS)-1。 (3)高温沼气干发酵的启动和运行管理比中温条件更困难。通过增加启动过程接种污泥量等方法,使高温沼气干发酵(55士1℃)得以实施。随着投料增加产气量也明显增加,...
