日粮中叶酸对团头鲂生长以及急性高温应激下生理生化反应的影响

  本试验研究了日粮中的叶酸对团头鲂(Megalobramaamblycephala)生长、生理生化以及急性高温应激下生理生化的影响。团头鲂初体重27.0±0.03g,试验配置6组半纯合日粮,分别含叶酸0.0、0.5、1.0、2.0、5.0和10.0mg/kg饲料,养殖试验在循环水系统中进行,周期为10周,每组饲料3个平行。研究结果显示,饲喂1.0、2.0和5.0 mg/kg叶酸组团头鲂的终末重、增重率和特定生长率显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。另外,1.0mg/kg组的显著影响团头鲂的饵料系数和肥满度。饲喂1.0mg/kg和2.0mg/kg叶酸组的团头鲂的肝体比和脏体比显著增加。叶酸对团头鲂肌肉水分、(?)分和粗脂肪含量影响不显著(P>0.05)。但是显著影响肌肉粗蛋白含量,1.0mg/kg和2.0mg/kg叶酸组的团头鲂的肌肉粗蛋白含量显著高于对照组和0.5mg/kg叶酸组(P<0.05),但与其他各组差异不显著。根据增重率、特定生长率和肝体比,团头鲂日粮中最适叶酸含量分别为0.68mg/kg、0.68mg/kg和0.82mg/kg。日粮中的叶酸含量对团头鲂血液中的...
