【摘要】:随着全社会对供电服务水平要求逐年提升,河南电力营销客户服务正由“业务导向”向“客户导向”转变,如何提升供电服务工作效率,为广大用电客户提供方便快捷的电力信息服务,已成为亟待解决的重要问题。近年来,网络技术和通信技术迅猛发展,短信平台以其安全及时、成本低廉、客户体验好等特点,受到了电信、金融等传统服务行业的广泛青睐,已成为向客户提供优质信息服务的重要手段,为河南电力营销客户服务提升和工作效率的提高提供了全新解决途径。本文研究了河南电力营销客户服务短信平台项目的可行性,从需求分析、技术实现、项目管理、财务评价、风险管控等方面对河南电力营销客户服务短信平台项目可行性进行了全面的分析和阐述。在项目管理方面,结合项目管理的理论和方法,从项目人力资源规划管理,项目进度计划与管控两个方面,对项目管理的可行性进行了全面剖析,最终得出河南电力营销客户服务短信平台项目切实可行的结论。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand of the whole society to the power supply service level, Henan electric power marketing customer service is changing from "business orientation" to "customer orientation", how to improve the efficiency of power supply service. In recent years, with the rapid development of network technology and communication technology, short message platform is safe and timely, low cost. The characteristics of good customer experience have been widely favored by traditional service industries, such as telecommunications, finance and so on, and have become an important means to provide quality information services to customers. This paper studies the feasibility of Henan electric power marketing customer service short message platform project, from demand analysis, technical realization. Project management, financial evaluation, risk management and other aspects of Henan electric power marketing customer service SMS platform project feasibility analysis and elaboration. In project management, combined with project management theory and method. The feasibility of project management is analyzed from two aspects: project human resource planning, project schedule planning and control. Finally, the conclusion of Henan electric power marketing customer service short message platform project is feasible.
