基于双重特征的中国装备制造业发展水平实证研究

【摘要】：当前,以美国为代表的制造业强国纷纷提出了“再工业化战略”,即通过出口推动型和以制造业为代表的实体经济的发展来实现可持续经济增长;德国则提出了以“智慧制造”为主要特征的目的为提高制造业智能化水平的工业4.0发展战略;在中国进入以“增长速度换挡期”为特征的经济新常态背景下,中国即将发布《中国制造2025》行动纲领,以此发展我国先进制造、高端装备等领域。装备制造业作为我国当前的主导产业之一,正对国民经济的发展起到日趋重要的作用。当前,尽管我国装备制造业获得了一些重大成就,但是就其现阶段产业发展水平而言,其仍然不能完全满足国民经济部门发展的需要。装备制造业在发展过程中仍然还存在着区域发展水平不均衡、产业结构合理化程度不足、产业自主创新能力薄弱等诸多问题,因而着力提升我国装备制造业的先进性发展水平是我国当前和今后相当长时期内的重要任务。因此,本论文拟通过引入科学的系统测度方法,对我国装备制造业的区域性发展水平和模式进行探讨与分析。本文共包括六个部分:第一部分是绪论;第二部分是装备制造业区域发展水平的研究述评;第三部分至第五部分是本文的重点章节,其中第三部分提出了提出的具有“存量增量”和“均衡特长”双重特征的系统评价模型,突破了主成分分析法、层次分析法等只能进行水平排名分析的单调功能,能够在求得排名的基础上对信息做进一步挖掘;第四部分和第五部分是实证分析,第四部分是对30个省市2011年的截面数据进行的横向实证研究;第五部分则是基于2002年至2011年时间序列数据进行的30省市纵向实证研究,在系统评价分析之后,本论文引入了“地理统计”分析方法,即在进行局域和全局莫兰指数分析的基础上,运用ARCGIS分析软件对装备制造业的区域发展不均衡性进行探讨,同时并在空间聚类分析的基础之上对装备制造业发展梯队进行了划分;第六部分是结论与研究展望。研究结果表明:我国装备制造业现阶段的区域发展水平呈现出显著地非均衡性特点,即从东向西呈现递减趋势;同时,从空间统计方面,也证实了我国装备制造业发展水平的空间集聚性明显,地区差异显著的特点。
[Abstract]:At present, the manufacturing power represented by the United States has put forward the "reindustrialization strategy" one after another, that is, to realize the sustainable economic growth through the development of the export-driven and the real economy represented by the manufacturing industry.Germany has put forward the development strategy of industry 4.0, which is mainly characterized by "intelligent manufacturing", which aims at improving the level of intelligence of manufacturing industry, and under the background of China entering the new normal economy characterized by "shift period of growth speed".China is about to release the "made in China 2025" Action Plan to develop China's advanced manufacturing, high-end equipment and other fields.As one of the leading industries in China, the equipment manufacturing industry is playing an increasingly important role in the development of the national economy.At present, although China's equipment manufacturing industry has made some important achievements, it still can not fully meet the needs of the development of the national economy sector in terms of its current level of industrial development.In the process of development of equipment manufacturing industry, there are still many problems, such as unbalanced regional development level, insufficient rationalization of industrial structure, weak ability of independent innovation and so on.Therefore, it is an important task for our country to promote the advanced development level of our equipment manufacturing industry at present and for a long time to come.Therefore, by introducing the scientific system measurement method, this paper discusses and analyzes the regional development level and mode of China's equipment manufacturing industry.This paper consists of six parts: the first part is the introduction; the second part is the review of the regional development level of equipment manufacturing industry; the third to the fifth part is the key chapters of this paper.In the third part, the system evaluation model with the dual characteristics of "stock increment" and "equilibrium specialty" is put forward, which breaks through the monotonous function of principal component analysis (PCA) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which can only carry out horizontal ranking analysis.The fourth part and the fifth part are the empirical analysis, the fourth part is the horizontal empirical research on the cross-section data of 30 provinces and cities in 2011;The fifth part is a longitudinal empirical study of 30 provinces and cities based on the time series data from 2002 to 2011. After systematic evaluation and analysis, this paper introduces the "Geographic Statistics" analysis method.On the basis of the analysis of local and global Moran index, this paper discusses the imbalance of regional development of equipment manufacturing industry by using ARCGIS analysis software.At the same time, the development echelon of equipment manufacturing industry is divided on the basis of spatial cluster analysis. The sixth part is the conclusion and research prospect.The results show that the present regional development level of China's equipment manufacturing industry shows a significant disequilibrium, that is, the trend of decline from east to west, at the same time, from the perspective of spatial statistics,It also proves that the development level of China's equipment manufacturing industry is characterized by obvious spatial agglomeration and significant regional differences.
