精益六西格玛在军工电器产品生产质量管理中的应用研究

【摘要】:精益生产和六西格玛管理方法是当今国内外企业中最常用的两种管理思想,也是近年来国内外企业界大量实践的两种行之有效的管理方法。两种管理方法在各自的领域无论是管理方面还是实践方面,都有着显著的成就。但是随着管理科学的发展,如何将两种管理方法整合成一套系统的管理方法,成为国内外学者重点研究内容。两种管理方法虽然具有不同的侧重点,但其优势互补。因此两者的结合将会有更广阔的前景,为企业创造出更大的价值,赢得更强的竞争力。本文在对精益六西格玛方法进行阐述的基础上,针对某军工电器制造厂(下面简称H)当前轮式坦克程控箱生产实践中存在的问题,如生产周期过长、报废率及返修率高等,导致生产任务不能如期完成、交货期拖延等现象对生产流程进行精益六西格玛改善。结合H企业的生产现状,将精益六西格玛方法运用到H企业程控箱生产质量管理中,实现改善生产线质量现状的目的。主要研究内容如下:首先,阐述了在市场竞争日益激烈的大环境下,制造型企业面临着巨大的挑战,为了在市场的大环境中占据主导地位,企业必须加强质量的控制,同时完善生产管理系统。本文介绍了精益六西格玛的发展情况,并对精益生产和六西格玛结合现状做出分析。其次,运用了DMAICⅡ的方法,与传统的六西格玛DMAIC方法相比,将精益生产的思想融入到其实施阶段,提出了改善项目的实施流程。定义阶段通过对大量客户反应的程控箱生产未能及时交货及质量缺陷,确定了“改善程控箱生产现状”的项目,确保交货的及时性。然后本文着重研究A程控箱作为改善项目,对A程控箱的价值流程图进行分析,找出增值与非增值部分,并指出A程控箱的质量缺陷严重影响着生产效率的提高。确定了改善生产流程及质量作为目标。测量阶段对程控箱生产过程进行数据收集,并对实验数据系统的性能进行研究分析。。分析阶段通过对生产现状的诊断及质量影响因素的分析,指出改善方向。改善阶段对工序进行重组并通过试验设计(DOE)选取中心点进行了全因子实验和调整,对实验得出的最佳组合进行生产验证,A程控箱的合格率由87.2%提高到93.82%。显著的提高了焊接合格率,满足了公司设定的质量要求。从而证明了本文所提出的精益六西格玛的实施流程及方案是有效且实用的.最后,对精益六西格玛的发展进行了分析和展望,明确了精益六西格玛方法在今后的发展领域及方向。本文在理论的基础上,通过自身实习的企业,结合理论方法,将理论知识运用到实践当中,发现并尝试解决问题。
[Abstract]:Lean production and six Sigma management methods are the two most commonly used management ideas in enterprises at home and abroad, and they are also two effective management methods which have been widely practiced in domestic and foreign enterprises in recent years. The two management methods have made remarkable achievements in both management and practice. However, with the development of management science, how to integrate the two management methods into a set of systematic management methods has become the focus of domestic and foreign scholars. Although the two management methods have different emphases, they complement each other. Therefore, the combination of the two will have a broader prospect, create greater value for enterprises and win stronger competitiveness. Based on the elaboration of Lean six Sigma method, this paper aims at the problems existing in the production practice of wheeled tank program control box in a certain military electrical appliance factory (hereinafter referred to as H), such as long production cycle, high scrap rate and high rework rate. Causes the production task to be unable to complete as scheduled, the delivery time delay and so on the phenomenon carries on the Lean six Sigma to the production process to carry on the Lean six Sigma improvement. The Lean six Sigma method is applied to the production quality management of program control box in H enterprise in order to improve the quality of production line. The main research contents are as follows: first of all, under the increasingly fierce market competition, manufacturing enterprises are faced with enormous challenges. In order to occupy the leading position in the market environment, enterprises must strengthen the quality control. At the same time, improve the production management system.
