电力数据与经济数据质量比较分析——基于Benford法则的评价

【摘要】：针对目前电力增长波幅与经济增长偏离现象,本文依据Benford数字分布规则对地方GDP、工业增加值、用电量数据质量进行了检测。分析结果显示,这些数据的数字分布均符合Benford法则。因此,本文认为应重点从产业结构、产品结构、行业周期上解释电力增长与经济增长偏差大的问题,而非归咎于数据质量。
[Abstract]:In view of the deviation between the amplitude of electric power growth and economic growth, the quality of local data of Benford, industrial added value and electricity consumption is measured according to the Benford digital distribution rules. The results show that the numerical distribution of these data conforms to the Benford rule. Therefore, this paper holds that the problem of big deviation between electric power growth and economic growth should be explained from industrial structure, product structure and industry cycle, rather than from data quality.
