甘肃省电力公司发展策略研究

【摘要】:电力行业是国民经济的重要支撑产业,也是社会发展的基本保障。电力行业的稳定持续发展,电力系统的安全稳定运行,不仅仅是经济发展的要求,也是社会稳定的必要条件之一。作为具有自然垄断特性的行业,自新中国建立以来,在计划经济的背景下,电力行业的发展一直由政府主导,办什么、怎么办都是政府说了算,加上长期以来的电力紧缺,导致电力行业缺乏市场意识、缺乏创新性和主观能动性。虽然经过几次电力体制改革,但电力市场主体单一仍然没有得到改善。甘肃省电力公司作为国家电网公司的全资子公司,主要甘肃电网的建设运维工作。甘肃风光资源丰富,近几年装机增加迅猛,但甘肃经济发展落后,省内负荷基数小,无法就地消纳新能源,阻碍了新能源行业的健康发展。2015年新的一轮电改即将开始,新能源跨省跨区消纳也被提上日程。在复杂的内外部环境中,甘肃省电力公司如何把握机遇,发挥优势,化解威胁,客服劣势,关系到企业的生存和发展。本文运用PEST分析和五力模型对甘肃省电力公司内外部进行环境分析,通过SWOT分析方法提出企业的发展策略,并就各项发展战略提出了相应的对策,确保公司战略的实施。
[Abstract]:Electric power industry is the important supporting industry of national economy and the basic guarantee of social development. The stable and sustainable development of power industry and the safe and stable operation of power system are not only the requirements of economic development, but also one of the necessary conditions for social stability. As an industry with natural monopoly characteristics, since the founding of New China, under the background of planned economy, the development of the electric power industry has always been led by the government. As a result, the electricity industry lacks market consciousness, innovation and initiative. Although after several electric power system reform, but the electricity market main body single still has not obtained the improvement. As a wholly owned subsidiary of State Grid Company, Gansu Electric Power Company mainly works in the construction and maintenance of Gansu Power Grid. Gansu is rich in scenery and resources, and in recent years it has been increasing rapidly. However, Gansu's economic development is lagging behind, the base of the province's internal load is small, and it is unable to absorb new energy on the spot, which hinders the healthy development of the new energy industry. A new round of electricity reform is about to begin in 2015. New energy cross-provincial cross-district absorption is also put on the agenda. In the complex internal and external environment, how to seize the opportunity, give play to the advantages, resolve the threat, customer service disadvantage, related to the survival and development of enterprises. In this paper, pest analysis and five-force model are used to analyze the internal and external environment of Gansu Electric Power Company. Through SWOT analysis, the development strategy of the enterprise is put forward, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to ensure the implementation of the company strategy.
