基于序参量原理的食品质量链协同水平研究

【摘要】:食品质量链是研究食品质量实现过程的新兴概念工具,为解决近年来频发的食品质量问题提供了新的视角。食品质量链依靠内部各要素之间的协同效应发挥作用并不断演化发展,因此食品质量链协同水平决定了食品质量链的发展状态,为了研究并控制食品质量链的运行,需要对食品质量链的协同水平进行评价。然而,食品质量链是一个复杂系统,影响参量繁杂,如何从众多参量中挖掘出占有主导作用的参量,从而简化食品质量链协同评价过程并且更有效的控制食品质量链的协同发展,是重要的研究课题,具有较强的现实意义。文章首先分析了食品质量链的协同演化过程,介绍了食品质量链协同及序参量原理的基本概念,阐述食品质量链协同的内外部动因,对食品质量链协同维度进行研究,提出以内容维度进行食品质量链协同研究,并依此确定食品质量链系统的协同要素。通过食品质量链协同的分析表明,引入序参量原理有积极的意义,该部分最后通过分析证明序参量原理适用于食品质量链系统的协同研究。在对食品质量链协同演化分析的基础上,对食品质量链协同评价模型进行分析。根据确定的食品质量链协同要素,构建了食品质量链状态参量体系。对序参量的定量求解方法进行探讨,通过对弛豫系数法、属性约简法两种常见的序参量求解方法进行比较分析,提出了基于灰色关联度和属性约简算法的序参量求解方法。确定食品质量链协同评价方法,定义基于参量贡献度的协同有序度概念,对食品质量链系统协同水平进行评价。最后通过对基于序参量的评价结果与基于状态参量的评价结果进行相关性分析,验证序参量的选取是否有效。文章最后进行了实证研究,证明了相关研究方法的可行性,并且根据分析结果对实证研究对象提出了相关建议。
[Abstract]:Food quality chain is a new concept tool to study the process of food quality realization, which provides a new perspective for solving the frequent food quality problems in recent years. Food quality chain depends on the synergetic effect among various elements and evolves continuously. Therefore, the food quality chain synergy level determines the development state of food quality chain, in order to study and control the running of food quality chain, The synergy level of food quality chain needs to be evaluated. However, the food quality chain is a complex system, which affects many parameters. Thus simplifying the evaluation process of food quality chain and controlling the collaborative development of food quality chain more effectively is an important research topic and has a strong practical significance. This paper first analyzes the evolution process of food quality chain, introduces the basic concept of food quality chain coordination and the principle of order parameter, expounds the internal and external motivation of food quality chain coordination, and studies the dimension of food quality chain coordination. In this paper, the collaborative research of food quality chain based on content dimension is put forward, and the cooperative elements of food quality chain system are determined. Through the analysis of food quality chain coordination, it is shown that the introduction of order parameter principle is of positive significance. At last, it is proved that the order parameter principle is suitable for the collaborative research of food quality chain system. Based on the analysis of food quality chain co-evolution, the food quality chain collaborative evaluation model was analyzed. The state parameter system of food quality chain was constructed according to the cooperative factors of food quality chain. The quantitative solution method of order parameter is discussed. By comparing and analyzing two common order parameter solving methods, the relaxation coefficient method and attribute reduction method, the order parameter solving method based on grey correlation degree and attribute reduction algorithm is put forward. The collaborative evaluation method of food quality chain is determined, and the concept of collaborative order degree based on parametric contribution is defined to evaluate the coordination level of food quality chain system. Finally, by analyzing the correlation between the evaluation results based on the order parameter and the evaluation result based on the state parameter, it is proved that the selection of the order parameter is effective or not. Finally, empirical research is carried out, which proves the feasibility of the relevant research methods, and puts forward the relevant suggestions to the empirical research object according to the analysis results.
