动态能力视角下云制造模式对集团企业绩效的影响机理研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术和互联网的快速发展,外部环境日益动态复杂,对制造企业动态能力的提升和可持续发展提出了更高的要求。特别是随着第三次工业革命的不断推进,制造业强国掀起了“再工业化”浪潮,使中国制造业所面临的环境形势更加严峻。此外,中国大部分制造企业处于“微笑曲线”的底端,面临着“大而不强”的局面,特别是伴随着经济新常态时期的到来,迫切需要借助先进信息技术和制造模式以增强竞争优势,从而实现快速发展。李伯虎把云计算思想融入制造业,率先提出了“云制造”,为实现我国制造业的快速发展和转型升级提供了新思路。本文通过对动态能力理论和云制造理论的梳理和回顾,发现很少有人从动态能力视角探究云制造模式对企业绩效的影响。云制造模式是一种新兴的先进制造模式和发展理念。国内一些大型制造业企业集团已经开始尝试应用云制造模式,并取得显著绩效。因此,本文从动态能力视角出发以探究云制造模式对集团企业绩效的作用机理。论文首先从理论上分析了云制造模式对动态能力及绩效的影响,以探究云制造、动态能力和绩效三者的关系,并构建了“云制造—动态能力—绩效”CDP模型,即云制造模式能够提升集团企业动态能力,进而提升企业绩效。沈鼓集团和英业达集团是云制造模式应用的先行者,并取得了显著成效。本文采用案例研究方法,以沈鼓集团和英业达集团为研究对象,分别探究其云制造模式的应用情况,并从动态能力视角剖析了案例企业云制造模式对其绩效的影响,从而验证了CDP模型的可行性。最后,本文根据案例企业应用云制造模式的经验和CDP模型,提出了云制造模式下集团企业动态能力的提升路径,希望能够为制造集团企业提升自身动态能力以适应动态复杂的外部环境提供借鉴,为制造企业实现快速发展和转型升级提供一定思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and Internet, the external environment is increasingly dynamic and complex, which puts forward higher requirements for the dynamic capability and sustainable development of manufacturing enterprises. Especially with the promotion of the third industrial revolution, the powerful manufacturing industry has set off a wave of "re-industrialization", which makes the environmental situation of China's manufacturing industry more severe. In addition, most of China's manufacturing enterprises are at the bottom of the "smile curve" and face a "big but not strong" situation, especially with the arrival of the new normal period of the economy. It is urgent to use advanced information technology and manufacturing mode to enhance competitive advantage and achieve rapid development. Li Bohu put cloud computing thought into the manufacturing industry and put forward "cloud manufacturing", which provides a new way to realize the rapid development and transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry. Through combing and reviewing dynamic capability theory and cloud manufacturing theory, it is found that few people have explored the impact of cloud manufacturing model on enterprise performance from the perspective of dynamic capability. Cloud manufacturing model is a new advanced manufacturing model and development concept. Some large manufacturing enterprises in China have tried to apply cloud manufacturing model and achieved remarkable results. Therefore, from the perspective of dynamic capability, this paper explores the effect mechanism of cloud manufacturing model on corporate performance. In this paper, the influence of cloud manufacturing mode on dynamic capability and performance is analyzed theoretically in order to explore the relationship among cloud manufacturing, dynamic capability and performance, and the CDP model of "cloud manufacturing-dynamic capability-performance" is constructed. That is, cloud manufacturing model can enhance the dynamic ability of group enterprises, and then improve enterprise performance. Shengu Group and Yingye Group are pioneers of cloud manufacturing model application, and have achieved remarkable results. This paper takes Shengu Group and Yingyida Group as the research objects, explores the application of cloud manufacturing model, and analyzes the impact of cloud manufacturing model on its performance from the perspective of dynamic capability. The feasibility of CDP model is verified. Finally, according to the experience of the application of cloud manufacturing model and CDP model, this paper puts forward the way to improve the dynamic capability of group enterprises under cloud manufacturing mode. It is hoped that it can provide reference for manufacturing group enterprises to improve their dynamic ability to adapt to the dynamic and complex external environment, and provide some ideas for manufacturing enterprises to achieve rapid development and transformation and upgrading.
