湖南湘电东洋电气有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:战略是企业发展的指导思想,是企业管理的重要部分,它关系到企业未来的发展方向、关系到企业的生死存亡。任何一个企业要想具备可持续发展的能力,就必须建立切实可行的发展战略。湘电东洋公司作为一家城轨装备制造企业,成立至今产品质量及产品服务均得到了市场认可,公司为了将现有优势转化为更大的市场优势,必须对企业内外环境及条件进行综合分析,以确定公司的发展战略。本文分为五个部分。第一部分通过对湘电东洋公司现状进行分析,为湘电东洋公司的发展战略找到理论依据。第二部分运用PEST模型和波特五力模型对湘电东洋公司的外部环境及行业环境进行分析,找到公司所面临的外部机遇和威胁。第三部分通过分析湘电东洋公司的内部条件,了解公司自身优势和劣势。第四部分运用SWOT模型对湘电东洋公司可采取的战略进行归纳分析,制定公司的战略发展目标,确定湘电东洋公司增长型的发展战略和集中差异化的竞争战略。第五部分确定湘电东洋公司战略实施的步骤、原则及重点,提出战略实施的保障措施。本论文通过对湘电东洋公司发展战略的研究和制定,对公司的健康有序发展具有重要实际意义,也对其他装备制造业的中小企业的发展具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Strategy is the guiding ideology of enterprise development and an important part of enterprise management. It is related to the future development direction of enterprise and the survival or death of enterprise. Any enterprise wants to have the ability of sustainable development, must establish the feasible development strategy. As a manufacturing enterprise of urban rail equipment, the company has been recognized by the market for its product quality and service since its establishment. In order to transform its existing advantages into greater market advantages, Must carry on the comprehensive analysis to the enterprise inside and outside the environment and the condition, in order to determine the company's development strategy. This paper is divided into five parts. In the first part, the author analyzes the current situation of Hunan Dongyang Company and finds the theoretical basis for its development strategy. The second part analyzes the external environment and industry environment of Xiangdian Dongyang Company by using PEST model and Porter's five Force Model to find out the external opportunities and threats faced by the company. The third part through the analysis of the internal conditions of Xiangdian Dongyang Company to understand its own strengths and weaknesses. The fourth part uses the SWOT model to sum up and analyze the strategy that can be adopted by the Dongyang Company of Hunan Electric Power Company, formulate the strategic development goal of the company, and determine the development strategy of the growth type of the company and the competition strategy of centralization and differentiation. The fifth part defines the steps, principles and emphases of the strategy implementation of Xiangdian Dongyang Company, and puts forward the safeguard measures of the strategy implementation. Through the research and formulation of the development strategy of Xiangdian Dongyang Company, this paper has important practical significance for the healthy and orderly development of the company, and also has certain reference value for the development of other small and medium-sized enterprises in the equipment manufacturing industry.
