【摘要】：正战略管理是现代企业管理体系的核心,它通过内外环境的识别、核心能力的构建、目标定位的明晰、坚持不懈的落实,使企业走向成功并持久发展。在当前我国经济发展的新常态下,建筑业面临前所未有的机遇和挑战,科学合理而富有成效的战略管理是建筑企业求生存、谋发展、实现做强做优做大的根本途径。建筑企业战略管理的特性随着企业管理理论和实践的不断发展,企业管理逐渐从生产管理、经营管理进入到战略管理阶段。美国学者斯坦纳(Steiner)在1982年出版的《管理政策与战略》
