深圳M公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:世界经济全球化,使对外开放成为一个不可抗拒的潮流和趋势。外贸企业更是经历了改革开放以来,全方位、多元化、高速度的三十年发展。医用敷料作为一类重要的卫生材料类医疗用品,在我国出口贸易中扮演着重要角色。随着我国医疗改革进程的推进以及全球老龄化程度的加剧,我国医用敷料行业迎来快速发展期。面对市场出现的新的机遇和挑战,外贸医疗企业该如何调整企业发展战略,适应市场的变化,提高企业自身的市场竞争力,成为公司生存和发展的重要研究课题。深圳M公司是一家专业从事医用伤口敷料和医用卫生材料,研发、生产、销售为一体的外贸医疗公司。经过20多年的努力,深圳M公司的在管理能力、研发能力、创新能力、品牌知名度在行业里面属于领先地位,但是作为外销为主的外贸型企业,深圳M公司同样也受到了当前市场形势的变化的冲击,企业经营压力也持续攀升,与此同时,受制于产品的专业性和市场竞争,深圳M公司也面临着严峻的挑战和考验。本文以深圳M公司为研究对象,以战略管理理论为支持,采用调查研究法、文献查阅法、图表分析法、定性定量法等研究方法,详细的分析了深圳M公司的发展现状,运用PEST分析、波特五力模型分析、外部因素评价矩阵(EFE)、内部因素评价矩阵(IFE)、SWOT分析等工具对企业内部条件、外部环境、竞争能力进行分析研究。在此基础上,结合深圳M公司的实际情况提出了公司的使命、愿景和战略目标。同时利用QSPM分析工具确定了深圳M公司以发展战略为主的整体战略,并且提供了战略实施的步骤、重点、措施和控制方法。本文为深圳M公司的进一步发展提供了自己的思路和想法,也对外贸医疗企业如何转型升级可持续发展的探索,具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。
[Abstract]:The globalization of the world economy makes opening to the outside world an irresistible trend. Foreign trade enterprises are experienced since the reform and opening-up, all-round, diversified, high-speed 30 years of development. As a kind of important medical supplies of sanitary materials, medical dressings play an important role in China's export trade. With the advancement of China's medical reform and the aggravation of global aging, the medical dressing industry of our country ushered in a period of rapid development. In the face of the new opportunities and challenges of the market, how to adjust the development strategy of foreign trade medical enterprises, adapt to the changes of the market and improve the market competitiveness of the enterprises has become an important research topic for the survival and development of the companies. Shenzhen M Company is a professional in medical wound dressing and medical hygiene materials, R & D, production, sales as one of the foreign trade medical company. After more than 20 years of efforts, Shenzhen M Company's ability in management, R & D, innovation, and brand awareness is in the leading position in the industry, but as a foreign trade enterprise mainly for export, Shenzhen M Company is also affected by the changes of the current market situation, the pressure of enterprise management is also rising, at the same time, subject to the product professionalism and market competition, Shenzhen M Company is also faced with severe challenges and tests. This article takes Shenzhen M Company as the research object, takes the strategic management theory as the support, adopts the investigation research method, the literature consult method, the chart analysis method, the qualitative quantitative method and so on research method, has analyzed the Shenzhen M company's development present situation in detail. Using PEST analysis, Porter's five-force model analysis, external factor evaluation matrix (EFE), internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE), SWOT analysis and other tools to analyze the internal conditions, external environment and competitiveness of enterprises. On this basis, combined with the actual situation of Shenzhen M Company, put forward the company's mission, vision and strategic objectives. At the same time, the overall strategy of Shenzhen M Company based on development strategy is determined by using QSPM analysis tools, and the steps, key points, measures and control methods of implementing the strategy are provided. This paper provides our own thoughts and ideas for the further development of Shenzhen M Company, and also has certain theoretical and practical significance for the exploration of how to transform and upgrade the sustainable development of foreign trade medical enterprises.
