甘肃电力检修公司员工培训管理改进研究

【摘要】:员工培训是组织人力资源管理与开发的重要组成部分和关键职能,是组织人力资源资产增值的重要途径,也是企业组织效益提高的重要途径。本文通过对甘肃电力检修公司员工培训管理进行实证调查研究,在分析现状和存在问题的基础上,结合相关理论和存在问题的具体实践,提出了相应的提升对策。甘肃电力检修公司员工对公司在培训管理方面的现状较为满意,但提升的空间也比较多,突出体现在工学之间存一些矛盾,以及培训与绩效、薪酬管理制度的结合度还不够,究其原因,主要在于培训理念、流程体系、支持体系等方面还存在一些不足,因此需要科学制定员工培训管理改进设计的目标,坚持现代员工培训的基本原则,创新公司培训管理理念,规范员工培训管理制度,实行导师带徒制,增加与培训挂钩的绩效考核办法,以分层施教来提升全员素质,注重生产技能人员岗位胜任能力测试,同时还要及时引进专业的培训管理人员,加强培训管理的资金投入,创建培训网站,积极打造国网专家人才,加强培训部门自身建设,以此来规范甘肃电力检修公司的培训管理,最终实现员工、企业利益的最大化、最优化。
[Abstract]:Employee training is an important component and key function of human resources management and development, an important way to increase the value of human resources assets, and an important way to improve the organizational efficiency of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the present situation and the existing problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding promotion countermeasures based on the related theory and the concrete practice of the existing problems through the empirical investigation and research on the employee training management of Gansu Electric Power maintenance Company. The employees of Gansu Electric Power overhaul Company are satisfied with the current situation of the company's training management, but there is also more room for improvement, which is highlighted in the existence of some contradictions between engineering and learning, as well as the degree of integration between training and performance, and the degree of integration of salary management system. The main reason is that there are still some deficiencies in training concept, process system, support system, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to scientifically formulate the goal of improving the design of staff training management, and adhere to the basic principles of modern staff training. Innovating the training management idea of the company, standardizing the staff training management system, implementing the tutorial and apprenticeship system, increasing the performance appraisal method linked with the training, improving the quality of the whole staff by layering teaching, paying attention to the post competence test of the production skill personnel, At the same time, professional training managers should be introduced in time, funds for training management should be strengthened, training websites should be set up, national network experts should be actively created, and training departments themselves should be strengthened. In this way, the training management of Gansu Electric Power overhaul Company is standardized to maximize and optimize the benefits of employees and enterprises.
