贵州红星发展股份有限公司跨国经营战略研究

【摘要】:本文系统分析和研究贵州红星发展股份有限公司(下称“贵州红星公司”)的跨国经营战略,是贵州红星公司实施国际化经营和全球战略的必由之路,对转变和创新贵州红星公司的现有跨国经营模式具有重要的指导价值,对于保障贵州红星公司的可持续发展也具有非常重要的意义。本文综合运用了企业战略管理中的环境分析理论、SWOT战略分析模型、战略实施等理论,以及企业跨国经营中的国际化渐进理论、国际化阶段理论、市场进入战略、跨国经营方式等相关理论。首先,对贵州红星公司跨国经营的现状进行了全面综合的分析,指出了贵州红星公司目前跨国经营中存在的各种问题。在此基础上,采用SWOT分析方法,全面分析了贵州红星公司外部环境的机遇和威胁,以及内部自身的优势和劣势。然后,系统探讨了贵州红星公司跨国经营的指导思想和基本思路、战略目标和战略重点,采用比较分析的方法,对贵州红星公司的可行性跨国经营模式进行了分析和研究,得出了贵州红星公司当前应该优先采取以创建式进入模式为主,以战略联盟进入模式为辅,然后逐步采取并购式进入模式的新型跨国经营战略模式的结论。最后,通过战略实施对制定的新型跨国经营战略给予保障。
[Abstract]:This paper systematically analyzes and studies the transnational management strategy of Guizhou Red Star Development Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Guizhou Red Star Company), which is the only way for Guizhou Red Star Company to carry out international and global strategy. It has important guiding value for transforming and innovating the existing transnational management mode of Guizhou Red Star Company, and is also of great significance for ensuring the sustainable development of Guizhou Red Star Company. This paper synthetically applies the environmental analysis theory, the SWOT strategic analysis model, the strategy implementation theory in the enterprise strategic management, as well as the internationalization gradual theory, the internationalization stage theory, the market entry strategy, etc. Related theories such as transnational operation mode. First of all, the present situation of Guizhou Hongxing Company's transnational operation is comprehensively analyzed, and various problems existing in Guizhou Hongxing Company's transnational operation are pointed out. On this basis, using SWOT analysis method, the paper analyzes the opportunity and threat of Guizhou Hongxing Company's external environment, as well as its own advantages and disadvantages. Then, the paper systematically discusses the guiding ideology and basic ideas, strategic objectives and strategic emphases of Guizhou Hongxing Company's transnational operation, and analyzes and studies the feasible transnational management mode of Guizhou Hongxing Company by means of comparative analysis. It comes to the conclusion that Guizhou Hongxing Company should give priority to establishing entry mode, supplemented by strategic alliance entry mode, and then gradually adopt the new transnational strategic mode of M & A entry mode. Finally, through the implementation of the strategy to develop a new type of transnational business strategy to provide protection.
