工业互联网对马来西亚电子电器业的影响

  随着工业互联网所产生的“革命性”影响,已经让中国的制造业从一个传统的制造业“工厂”转变为世界一流的工业化强国并获得更多的牵引力。在此重大变革的推动下,本研究旨在探讨工业互联网在马来西亚电子电气制造业的发展前景。本文由四个文献综述作为前提,并发现马来西亚的电子电器行业相较于其他国家,如:越南,已经失去了竞争优势。不仅如此,马来西亚制造业所采用的技术水平也相对于落后。接着,本文对五家中国企业进行了广泛的定性研究,包括了:海尔的卡奥斯、富士康的富集云、华秋电子的华秋平台、宝武钢铁集团的欧冶和摩贝(上海)生物科技的摩贝化学网。通过对以上公司的分析总结出马来西亚电子电器的制造业在数字化方面还拥有很大的提升空间。不仅如此,在马来西亚已经拥有五家大型本地电子电器公司对工业4.0的采用进行了分析,它们分别是Inari Amertron Berhad,Globetronics Technology Berhad,Vi Trox Corporation,Pentamaster Corporation Berhad和Sil Terra Malaysia。虽然大公司已经开始采用该技术,但中小型电子电气公司在技...
