资源依赖、政治嵌入与能力建设——理解社会组织党建的微观视角

【摘要】：社会组织党建是党社互动的重要形式。已有的社会组织党建研究普遍以政党为中心,而党社互动的另一面——社会组织在党建中的能动性却被忽视了。结合资源依赖和嵌入理论,选取三个社会组织党建案例作为研究对象,探讨社会组织能动视角下党社互动的微观机制,研究发现:党拥有的资源对于部分社会组织具有重要性、互补性和不可替代性,是吸引其积极参与党建的直接动因;社会组织在认知、业务和人员方面的政治嵌入对社会组织成功获取和转化党的资源具有明显的影响关系;社会组织党建提升了社会组织在内部管理、战略制定、资源动员和政策倡导等方面的能力水平。
[Abstract]:Party building of social organizations is an important form of interaction between the Party and the society. On the other side of the interaction between the Party and the society, the initiative of social organizations in the party building has been neglected. Combined with the theory of resource dependence and embedding, three cases of party building of social organizations are selected as the research object. This paper probes into the micro mechanism of the interaction between the Party and the society from the perspective of the dynamic social organization, and finds that the resources owned by the Party are important, complementary and irreplaceable to some social organizations. It is the direct motivation to attract its active participation in the party building; The political embedding of social organizations in cognition, business and personnel has a significant impact on the successful acquisition and transformation of Party resources by social organizations; The Party building of social organization improves the ability of social organization in internal management, strategy formulation, resource mobilization and policy advocacy.
