综合施策提升民主测评的有效性

【摘要】：民主测评制度在具体操作实施过程中,由于主客观条件的影响,"众论不公"的情况时有发生。有必要全面分析影响民主测评实效性的主要因素,并提出切实有效的应对措施。
[Abstract]:Due to the influence of subjective and objective conditions, the phenomenon of "mass theory injustice" occurs from time to time in the concrete operation of democratic evaluation system. It is necessary to analyze the main factors affecting the effectiveness of democratic evaluation and put forward practical and effective countermeasures.
