中国企业伦理失衡现状及其理性建构

【摘要】：现代社会,中国市场经济摆脱外在政治和道德的约束迅速发展起来,出现了企业伦理失衡的现象,企业伦理表明着市场经济与人类社会发展和道德要求之间深刻的分裂与弥合,在中国它将去向何方?文章分析了中国企业伦理的的现状以及失衡的深层次原因,在此基础上分析如何构建现代企业伦理,通过政府层面的制度创新与保障,企业伦理的构建和企业家精神的塑造来形成理性的现代企业伦理,促进社会可持续发展,建设和谐社会。
[Abstract]:In modern society, the Chinese market economy has developed rapidly from the external political and moral constraints, and the phenomenon of corporate ethics imbalance has appeared. The corporate ethics indicates the deep division and healing between the market economy and the development and moral requirements of human society. Where will it go in China? This paper analyzes the present situation of Chinese enterprise ethics and the deep reasons of the imbalance, on the basis of which, it analyzes how to construct modern enterprise ethics and how to innovate and guarantee the system at the government level. The construction of corporate ethics and the shaping of entrepreneurship to form rational modern enterprise ethics, promote the sustainable development of society, and build a harmonious society.
