男女平等语境中当前我国职业女性所面对的职场不公正及突破

【摘要】:新中国的成立,结束了千百年来的封建社会压迫,结束了近代百余年受帝国主义侵略者剥削的屈辱史,中国成为一个真正独立自主的国家,人民成为了国家真正的主人,中国女性的地位也随之发生了天翻地覆的历史性变化。国家层面,通过立法确立了女性社会地位和社会权利,女性的权利获得了很大进步。女性走出家门,参加社会生产,成为社会发展、经济发展、政治发展、文化发展的重要因素。在过去的几十年里,我国在促进男女平等方面取得了很大进展。当前我国正处于全面建设小康社会的关键时期,国家提出的树立以人为本、全面协调可持续的发展观,为贯彻落实男女平等的基本国策也做了并继续在做着巨大的努力。在现实生活中,作为一项基本国策,“男女平等”的口号已经是家喻户晓,但是作为一个目标和手段,“男女平等”始终在实践的路上,并未取得最终实现。职业女性,在男性话语权为主导的现代社会中,还正在遭受着、面临着许多不公正对待。比如就业歧视、职业发展中面临玻璃天花板等,阻碍了职业女性在经济社会中更好的发展,降低了其在社会领域的职业表现。而传统家庭伦理要求女性生儿育女、相夫教子、照顾老人、操持家务。在工作、家庭之间,职业女性不断切换角色,陷入了角色冲突不能协调的伦理难题。从伦理学的角度来看,在男女平等语境中,职业女性的存在与发展推动了女性的自由平等发展、为女性实现自身价值并创造价值搭建了职业平台,是男女走向真正平等的具体实践,具有非常重要的伦理价值。以问题——原因——对策的方式展开分析探讨,立足于男女平等语境,基于公正的伦理思想,关注当前我国职业女性面临的职场不公正对待。通过总结当前我国职业女性所面对的平等就业权被忽视、平等职业发展权被践踏、面临角色冲突的伦理难题等职场不公正对待问题,继而从女性的自然角色和社会角色的独特性、用人单位忽略社会责任对经济效益的片面追求、对女性权益的社会保障措施不完善、传统社会观念中男女角色责任的定位不公正、职业女性自身自主意识和自立精神不足等方面分析原因。针对上述原因,提出了加强社会主义公正观的宣传和培养、转变传统的性别角色观念,提高女性受教育程度、提升女性自我主体意识,惩治招工性别歧视,强化用人单位的社会责任意识,完善社会保障体制、保障女性权益落实到位等突破当前我国职业女性所面对的职场不公正的一系列对策。
[Abstract]:The founding of New China put an end to the oppression of the feudal society for thousands of years and the humiliating history of being exploited by the imperialist aggressors for more than a hundred years in modern times. China has become a truly independent country and the people have become the real masters of the country. The status of Chinese women has changed dramatically. At the national level, women's social status and social rights have been established through legislation, and women's rights have made great progress. Women go out of their homes and participate in social production, becoming important factors of social development, economic development, political development and cultural development. In the past few decades, our country has made great progress in promoting equality between men and women. At present, our country is in the key period of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The concept of people-oriented, overall coordination and sustainable development, which is put forward by the state, has also made and continues to make great efforts to carry out the basic national policy of equality between men and women. In real life, as a basic national policy, the slogan of "equality between men and women" has been widely known, but as a goal and means, "equality between men and women" has always been on the way of practice and has not been finally realized. Professional women, in the modern society dominated by male discourse power, are still suffering and facing many unfair treatment. For example, discrimination in employment and the glass ceiling in career development hinder the better development of working women in the economic society and lower their professional performance in the social field. Traditional family ethics requires women to have children, to meet their husbands and children, to take care of the elderly and to handle household chores. Between work and family, professional women constantly switch roles, and fall into the ethical problem that role conflict can not be coordinated. From the perspective of ethics, in the context of equality between men and women, the existence and development of professional women promote the free and equal development of women, and build a career platform for women to realize their own value and create value. It is a concrete practice for men and women to move towards true equality and has very important ethical value. Based on the equality of men and women, this paper focuses on the unfair treatment of professional women in our country, which is based on the ethical thought of justice and on the way of problem-cause-countermeasure. By summing up that the equal right to employment has been ignored, the equal professional development right has been trampled on, and the ethical problems of the role conflict have been confronted with, such as the unfair treatment in the workplace. Then, from the uniqueness of women's natural and social roles, employers ignore the one-sided pursuit of social responsibility for economic benefits, the imperfect social security measures for women's rights and interests, and the unfair orientation of the roles' responsibilities of men and women in traditional social concepts. Professional women's self-consciousness and lack of self-supporting spirit and other aspects of the analysis of the reasons. In view of the above reasons, this paper puts forward to strengthen the propaganda and cultivation of socialist justice, to change the traditional concept of gender role, to improve the education level of women, to promote the consciousness of self-subjectivity of women, and to punish the gender discrimination in recruitment. Strengthening the social responsibility consciousness of employing units, perfecting the social security system, ensuring the implementation of women's rights and interests, and so on, to break through the current professional women face a series of measures of workplace injustice.
