关于中国科技思想库建设的伦理问题思考

【摘要】：中国科技思想库为政府和企业提供政策和重大决策咨询,事关国计民生,对其伦理道德要求应极其重要。科技思想库的人员组成,学者们的道德原则、道德要求、道德监测和道德教育等需要给予关注;应在思想库之下设置一些专门的道德机构,监察学术的纯洁、维护学者的权益;最后,切实的制度设立是思想库良性发展的有效保障。
[Abstract]:Chinese science and technology think tank provides policy and important decision-making consultation to government and enterprise, which is related to the national economy and people's livelihood, and should be extremely important to its ethical and moral requirements. The composition of scientific and technological think tanks, the moral principles of scholars, moral requirements, moral monitoring and moral education should be paid attention to, and some special moral institutions should be set up under think tanks to supervise academic purity and safeguard the rights and interests of scholars. Finally, the establishment of a practical system is an effective guarantee for the sound development of think tanks.
