红色文化旗帜精神与精神文明建设

【摘要】：红色文化旗帜精神孕育了社会主义先进文化的基因,凝聚了中国共产党人的理想、信念和信仰等精神力量。社会主义精神文明是社会主义先进文化建设过程和成果的进步状态,体现了社会主义社会理想、制度、道路等价值追求的本质特征。精神文明建设的基本目标、核心价值、根本原则等理想导向方面与红色文化旗帜精神一脉相承。传承和弘扬红色文化旗帜精神,有利于精神文明建设坚持正确方向和道路,强化意识形态标识,坚定道德理想信念,增进政治认同,培植精神家园等。精神文明建设应立足于意识形态战略高度,发挥红色文化基地的功能,注重创建活动的规律性、群众性和过程性,促进文明创建活动层次和水平的整体提升。
[Abstract]:The spirit of the red cultural banner gives birth to the genes of socialist advanced culture and condenses the spiritual forces of the Chinese Communists such as ideals, beliefs and beliefs. Socialist spiritual civilization is the progressive state of socialist advanced cultural construction process and achievements, which embodies the essential characteristics of the value pursuit of socialist social ideal, system and road. The basic goal, core value and fundamental principle of spiritual civilization construction are closely related to the spirit of red cultural banner. Inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of the red cultural banner is conducive to the construction of spiritual civilization to adhere to the correct direction and road, strengthen ideological symbols, strengthen moral ideals and beliefs, promote political identity, cultivate spiritual homeland, and so on. The construction of spiritual civilization should be based on the strategic height of ideology, give play to the function of red cultural base, pay attention to the regularity, mass and process of creating activities, and promote the overall promotion of the level and level of civilization creation activities.
