互联网时代公民道德的生成逻辑

【摘要】：“网民”已成为现代社会“民”的基本形态及现代社会的重要组成部分。公民道德建设的关注点不得不由线下之“民”向线上之“网民”延伸。互联网公民道德建设成为重要议题。互联网从“伦”的实体形态、情感机制和自然原素三方面强化了“后伦理时代”的“后伦理”特性,塑造出“后伦理形态”的“网民”:认知的伦理观、“原子式思考”的伦理方式和“精神式微”的伦理能力。而“公民道德”的一切道德哲学意义都倾注于“公民”一词。因此,互联网公民道德建设的道德哲学要义即要达成“网民”向“公民”的道德哲学转化。然而,“网民”与“公民”之间存在着一条精神鸿沟:“物质”之“网”与“精神”之“公”的道德哲学差别。
[Abstract]:"Netizens" has become the basic form of "people" in modern society and an important part of modern society. The concern of citizen moral construction has to be extended from "people" under the line to "netizens" online. The construction of Internet citizen morality becomes an important issue. The Internet is from the entity form, emotional mechanism and natural origin of the "Lun". Three It has strengthened the "post ethics" characteristics of "post ethical era", and portrays "netizens" of "post ethical form": the ethical view of cognition, the ethical way of "atomic thinking" and the ethical ability of "spiritual decline". All moral philosophical meanings of "citizen morality" are devoted to the word "citizen". The moral philosophy of the construction of the people's morality is to achieve the moral philosophy of "netizens" to "citizens". However, there is a spiritual gap between "netizens" and "citizens": the moral philosophy difference between "material" "net" and "spirit".
