伦理学视野下的道德风险论析

【摘要】：道德风险概念目前最为人所熟识的,主要是经济学上的定义,指代理人利用信息不对称优势为自身寻求利益最大化而导致的损害委托人利益的风险。在伦理学视野下,道德风险概念有着不同于经济学上的内涵与外延。广义上,只要跟道德有根本联系的风险都属于我们讲的道德风险,它包括社会带给道德的风险以及道德带给社会的风险。狭义上的道德风险主要包括三个方面,即道德原则和规范发挥作用不确定导致的风险、个体道德表达不确定导致的风险、社会发展变化给道德带来的风险。三种狭义上的定义构成了道德风险的三个基本向度。此外,道德风险还有其他非概念意义上的表述,它们只是"道德风险"在词语上的一般表达与陈述,并不属于道德风险概念的外延。
[Abstract]:At present, the concept of moral hazard is most familiar to people, mainly in the definition of economics, which refers to the risk that the agent uses the advantage of asymmetric information to maximize the interests of his clients. In the view of ethics, the concept of moral hazard is different from the connotation and extension of economics. In a broad sense, as long as there is a fundamental link with the moral hazard, it belongs to the moral hazard, which includes the social moral hazard and the moral risk to the society. The moral hazard in the narrow sense mainly includes three aspects, namely, the risk caused by the uncertainty of the function of moral principles and norms, the risk caused by the uncertainty of individual moral expression, and the risk brought by the change of social development. Three narrow definitions constitute the three basic dimensions of moral hazard. In addition, there are other non-conceptual expressions of moral hazard, which are just general expressions and statements of "moral hazard" in words and expressions, and do not belong to the extension of the concept of moral hazard.
