高技术武器在战争中的应用对伦理产生的冲击——以2003年美伊战争为例

【摘要】：战争的道德问题总会被人们从两个方面来谈论,一方面是"战争权利伦理",另一方面是"战争行为伦理"。所谓"战争权利伦理"是指一场战争是否正义,是否应该存在这场战争。而"战争行为伦理"则是指战争中用到的手段和武器是否符合伦理道德。当今战争对科技的依赖程度越来越大,而战争的毁灭程度也越来越强,对"战争行为伦理"的讨论也越来越多。在当今世界,高技术武器被各国军事家广泛关注并极力提倡发展和使用,但是高技术武器却对伦理道德产生了前所未有的挑战,使人员伤亡更加惨重、国家经济负担更加巨大。
[Abstract]:The moral issue of war is always discussed from two aspects: one is "war right ethics", the other is "war behavior ethics". The so-called "war right ethics" refers to whether a war is just and whether it should exist. "Ethics of war conduct" refers to whether the means and weapons used in war are ethical or not. Nowadays, war relies more and more on science and technology, and war is destroyed more and more, and there are more and more discussions about "ethics of war conduct". In today's world, high-tech weapons are widely concerned by military experts of various countries and strongly advocated the development and use. However, high-tech weapons have brought unprecedented challenges to ethics and morality, resulting in more casualties and greater national economic burden.
