量化环境:从复杂走向简单——《量化环境质量与应用基础研究》及其思维解说

【摘要】：美国著名哲学家梭罗在其《瓦尔登湖》(Walden)一书的开头,用简短的篇幅抨击了现代生活的复杂性,他强烈呼吁将生活简单化。不可否认,使事情复杂化是懦夫解决问题的办法,不过要做到简单绝非易事。近年来,环境污染日趋严重,将环境质量简单量化就尤为必要。量化环境质量是为政府制定政策提供依据,为公众深入了解当前环境状况提供简易窗口的终南捷径。这就需要有志者关注并结合实际工作将量化环境质量这项研究做深做透,未来达到像联合国开发署的人类发展指数HDI(从预期寿命、幼儿与成人教育程度和人均收入3个方面概括)可以简明地衡量出各国的发展程度那样,通过量化的数据和相关信息,准确反映当下的环境质量状况。在环保系统奋斗一生的林俊生先生,一直秉承孜孜以求的精神积极思考与探索中国的量化环境质量与应用基础研究问题,耄耋之年,将毕生研究集结成《量化环境质量与应用基础研究》一书。感喟于老前辈严谨的学术态度和持之以恒的研究精神的同时,我们更期待本书能够在学界、业界激起思想共鸣,推动环境量化工作继续扎实有效的开展下去。
[Abstract]:The famous American philosopher Thoreau began his book "Lake Walden" with a brief attack on the complexity of modern life. He strongly called for simplifying life. There is no denying that complicating things is a coward's solution, but simplicity is no easy task. In recent years, environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, so it is necessary to quantify the environmental quality simply. Quantification of environmental quality is a simple window for the government to make policies and provide a simple window for the public to understand the current environmental situation. This requires the attention of those with aspirations and the combination of practical work to make the quantitative environmental quality research deeper and deeper into the future, such as the United Nations Development Programme's Human Development Index (HDI) (from life expectancy, The three aspects of infant and adult education and per capita income) can be a concise measure of the degree of development of each country, through quantitative data and related information, accurately reflect the current environmental quality. Mr. Lin Junsheng, who has struggled in the environmental protection system all his life, has been actively thinking and exploring the problems of quantitative environmental quality and applied basic research in China in the spirit of diligent pursuit. The lifelong research will be assembled into the quantitative environmental quality and applied basic research. Sighing at the rigorous academic attitude and persistent research spirit of the older generation, we expect this book to arouse ideological resonance in the academic circles and the industry, and to promote the environmental quantification work to continue to be carried out in a solid and effective manner.
