国内心理咨询一对一督导的伦理实践情况调查

【摘要】:目的:了解国内心理咨询领域一对一督导的伦理实践情况。方法:采用网络和纸质版两种方式收集问卷,共获得高校中临床与咨询心理学研究生41人(学校督导组)、参加中美精神分析联盟(CAPA)心理动力学培训的学员38人(CAPA组);采用督导伦理实践量表(EPSS)进行调查。EPSS分为两部分,分别调查督导师的伦理实践状况和当督导者言行不符合伦理或不专业时对被督导者的消极影响。结果:在伦理实践状况中,两组有7个条目评分差异有统计学意义,学校督导组在保证督导时间、开放地讨论伦理问题、不做被督导者的咨询师方面得分低于CAPA组,而在现场督导、查看被督导者咨询的录像录音、告知来访者接受督导、与督导签署知情同意协议方面得分高于CAPA组(均P0.05)。在第二部分中,55%以上的被督导者认为如果督导所为不符合伦理时会消极地影响他们对督导者和督导联盟的看法,并且将近50%的被督导者也认为会影响自己的情绪和对来访者咨询的质量。结论:一对一督导师在监督被督导者的表现和专业活动实践情况,保持适当的专业界限方面做得较好;但在定期查看被督导者咨询的录音、录像等具体方面所做尚有待改进。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the ethical practice of one-to-one supervision in the field of psychological counseling in China. Methods: a total of 41 graduate students of clinical and counseling psychology (school supervision group) and 38 participants (CAPA group) of (CAPA) psychodynamics training in Sino American Psychoanalysis League were collected by network and paper version. EPSS is divided into two parts to investigate the status of the supervisor's ethical practice and the negative influence on the supervised person when the supervisor's words and deeds are not ethical or professional. Results: in the practice of ethics, there were significant differences in the scores of seven items between the two groups. The score of school supervision group was lower than that of CAPA group in terms of ensuring supervision time, discussing ethical issues openly, and not being counsellors of the supervised group, and the score of the school supervision group was lower than that of the CAPA group. On the spot supervision, check the video recording of the supervised person, tell the visitor to accept the supervision, and sign the informed consent agreement with the supervisor, the score is higher than that of the CAPA group (P0.05). In the second part, more than 55% of the supervisors think that if the supervisors do not conform to ethics, they will negatively affect their views on the supervisors and the steering alliance. And nearly 50% of the supervisors also thought it would affect their emotions and the quality of their consultation with visitors. Conclusion: one to one supervisor has done well in supervising the performance and practice of professional activities and maintaining proper professional boundaries, but there is still room for improvement in such specific aspects as regular viewing of audio and video recordings and so on.
