从海尔和松下的行为准则透视孔子思想对中日企业管理伦理的影响 ——A Cross Cultural Study of Ha

  在经济日益全球化的今天,中国必须了解和融入世界。为了更好地跟中国人打交道,世界也需要了解中国及其独特的文化。指导管理活动的管理伦理是文化的一种体现。不同国家由于文化差异必然会产生不尽相同的管理伦理。研究不同国家企业间管理伦理的异同能够帮助我们透视出这些国家文化上的差异。长期在中国人的意识形态中占主导地位的儒家思想对中日韩等东方国家都有很深的影响。研究其影响对于扬长避短、去粗存精地继承和发扬传统文化中的优秀部分、建立东方特色的管理伦理不无裨益。 本文利用西方有关管理伦理的理论,通过个案研究比较中日企业管理伦理中行为准则的异同,从跨文化的角度分析儒家思想中最具代表性和真实性的孔子可用于管理的思想对中日企业管理伦理的积极影响,并通过比较、分析其异同以透视这两国在文化上的某些差异。 根据管理及管理伦理的定义和西方的利益相关者论等理论,本文提出了考察管理伦理的五个重要方面:即一般指导原则、人力资源管理、客户关系管理、领导艺术和企业社会责任等。同时,结合本文浓缩的孔子可用于管理伦理的“德”、“仁”、“忠恕”、“义”以及“正己正人”等五个方面的重要思想,本文建立了一个用...
