当今中国正处在转型时期,中国社会的物质生活、政治生活和精神生活领域都发生了巨大而深刻的变化。破旧立新的工作艰巨,旧的没有根本改变和消除,新的没有根本确立和成型。道德领域对此的反映深刻,主要体现在原来的道德体系不能适应市场经济的要求,而新型的道德体系还不完善。那么,如何建构与转型后社会主义中国相适应的新型道德成为当前道德建设的主要问题。而在讨论如何建构与转型后社会主义中国相适应的新型道德中,如何形成和提升伦理道德力是其中一个重要的问题。因而,对伦理道德力的研究是有一定的理论和现实意义的。 目前我国理论界对伦理道德力的研究主要有三种观点。第一种观点:认为道德力是主体活动的一种能力。于咏华、张德湘、崔金赋、孙秀江、刘创、姜建成等人持此观点。联合国从宏观和综合的角度重新解释了人的智力问题,认为智力(Intelligence)并非一个单向度概念,除了基本智商(IQ),它还包涵了道德智商(MQ )。第二种观点认为道德力是一种生产力。持此类观点的有樊浩、于咏华、孙秀江、姜建成、王小锡等人。第三种观点认为道德力是综合国力的组成部分。樊浩、孙秀江、刘创等人是持这种观点的人。 本文主要对伦理道德力的形成及对形成伦理道德力的因素:利益、道德行为和制度进行了研究。全文除了引言和后记之外,共分为五部分。 在引言中,笔者对研究这一问题的意义及学术界的研究状况进行了说明,同时,还对本文所拟解决的主要问题及其分析框架进行了说明。 第一部分:对道德力的概念进行界定。伦理道德力是人的一种能力;它不是一种直接的、现实的生产力,而是间接的、潜在的生产力,是通过与人的结合并由人的实践来反作用于生产力;也正是在认为伦理道德力是潜在的生产力的前提下,从一个国家的整体来看,伦理道德力是综合国力的组成部分。最后还对道德力成立的哲学依据和现实依据进行了说明。 第二部分:对伦理道德力的作用点——利益进行了阐述。首先,笔者对利益的界定进行了考查。其次,道德是为了调整社会秩序、缓和社会矛盾,确定社会利益格局而存在,道德建设必须回应经济、政治和文化的要求,必然要和现实生活中人的利益特别是经济利益发生联系,得出利益是伦理道德力的作用点这一结论。最后,对当前我国的利益作为伦理道德力的作用点的依据进行了分析。 第三部分:对伦理道德力的大小——道德行为进行了阐述。首先,笔者对道德认知能力、道德情感能力、道德意志能力和道德行为能力进行分析,得出伦理道德力的大小,是
Now China is in a transformation period, and great and deep changes are happening in the material, political and spiritual lives in the Chinese society. It is a tough task to create something new in place of the old. The old is not yet fundamentally changed or eliminated and the new is not established or completed. The moral domain reflects this mainly in the way that the old moral system cannot adapt the market economy while the new moral one is not yet perfected. Then, it is a major problem in current moral construction how to build up a new moral system that adapts the transformed socialism China. How to form and promote the strength of ethics and morality is one of the important problems in regard of how to build up a new moral system that adapts the transformed socialism China. Thus, it is of certain theoretical and practical significance to study the strength of ethics and morality. At present there are mainly three viewpoints on the strength of ethics and morality in the Chinese theoretical domain. The first viewpoint thinks moral strength is a kind of ability on which the subject performs. Yu Yonghua, Zhang Dexiang, Cui Jinfu, Sun Xiujiang, Liu Chuang, Jiang Jiancheng and so on hold this viewpoint. The United Nations re-explained human intelligence from a macro and comprehensive angle, believing that intelligence (Intelligence) is not an unidirectional concept. Besides the basic intelligence quotient (IQ), it also includes moral intelligence quotient (MQ). The second viewpoint believes that moral strength is a kind of productive forces, which Fan Hao, Yu Yonghua, Sun Xiujiang , Jiang Jiancheng, Wang Xiaoxi and so on hold. The third viewpoint holds that moral strength is part of the comprehensive national strength. Fan Hao, Sun Xiujiang ,and so on hold this viewpoint. This thesis mainly discusses the formation of the strength of ethics and morality and the factors of it, including benefit, moral behavior and system. The whole text is divided into five parts in addition to the introduction and the postscript. In the introduction, the author explains the significance of studying this problem and what has been done about it in the academic circle. At the same time, he also explains the main problem this thesis plans to solve and its analysis frame.
