我国保安服务业的发展与法制化研究

【摘要】： 随着经济全球化进程的不断加快,我国对外开放行业不断增加,保安服务行业也即将全面开放。然而,就目前而言,我国保安服务业还未做好全面对外开放的准备,这主要归因于我国保安服务业缺乏明确的、高层次的、统一的法律规范。众所周知,市场经济就是法制经济,没有法律的规范,就没有一个健康平稳的保安服务市场秩序。本文是在对我国保安服务业现状的优势与不足做了充分研究的基础上,结合国外保安服务业发展的先进经验和我国法制化的基本特点,对我国保安服务业的法制化的健全与完善提出了一些建设性的意见,希望能为我国保安服务业的健康发展尽自己的一份绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, China's open industry is increasing, and the security service industry is about to be fully opened. The security service industry in our country is not ready to open to the outside world, which is mainly due to the lack of clear, high-level and unified legal norms in our security service industry. As we all know, the market economy is the legal economy. Without legal norms, there will be no healthy and stable market order for security services. This paper is based on the full study of the advantages and disadvantages of the security service industry in China, combined with the advanced experience of the development of foreign security service industry and the basic characteristics of the legalization of our country. This paper puts forward some constructive suggestions on the perfection and perfection of the legal system of the security service industry in China, hoping to do its utmost for the healthy development of the security service industry in our country.
