中西警察集中打击行动和专项突击战略比较研究

【摘要】：　集中打击和专项突击行动是当今世界许多国家普遍采用的一种警务战略。中西警方在关于集中打击行动和专项突击战略的性质特征、功能作用、构成要素、效果评价及其反思等方面的研究认识和警务运作上互有异同。通过比较研究可以为我国警方进一步有效开展"严打"和专项斗争提供有益的启示。
[Abstract]:Centralized strike and special assault is a kind of police strategy commonly adopted by many countries in the world today. The nature, function, and elements of the centralized strike and special assault strategy between the Chinese and Western police are discussed. There are similarities and differences in the research cognition and police operation in the aspects of effect evaluation and reflection. The comparative study can provide beneficial enlightenment for our police to carry out the "severe strike" and the special struggle effectively.
