【摘要】：正 2002年,在市公安局巡警支队和区公安分局的坚强领导下,在龙岗区委、区政府及广大群众的有力支持下,我大队坚持以邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论和江泽民“三个代表”的重要思想为指针,以“七好”“两满意”为目标,坚持“抓班子、带队伍、促工作、保平安”的工作思路,加强思想政治工作,严格规范化建设,改善队伍管理机制,巡察、执法两手抓两手硬。通过开展“三个代表”重要思想、“三创”教育等活动,确保了队伍稳定、思想稳定;通过开展
