白银市平川区外来人口犯罪及其预防

【摘要】：近年来,白银市平川区经济发展迅速,活跃的经济和就业机会吸引了大量的外来就业人员。外来人口一方面促进了平川区的经济发展、丰富了人口资源的多元化；一方面又加快了生产要素的优化组合、促进了平川区的城市化进程。但是,随着外来人口的增多,也产生了诸多服务和管理等方面的社会问题。当前,就如何抑制外来人口犯罪,己成为构建和谐平川的重要课题。本文通过介绍平川区外来人口犯罪的特点和成因,希望寻求切实有效的方法来降低外来人口犯罪率,在这方面取得平川区社会管理的创新和突破。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Pingchuan District of Baiyin City has developed rapidly, and the active economy and employment opportunities have attracted a large number of migrant workers.On the one hand, the foreign population promotes the economic development of Pingchuan district and enriches the diversification of population resources; on the other hand, it speeds up the optimized combination of production factors and promotes the urbanization process of Pingchuan district.However, with the increase of foreign population, there are many social problems in service and management.At present, how to suppress the crime of foreign population has become an important issue in building a harmonious Pingchuan.By introducing the characteristics and causes of crimes committed by the foreign population in Pingchuan District, this paper hopes to seek practical and effective ways to reduce the crime rate of the foreign population and to make innovations and breakthroughs in the social management of Pingchuan District in this respect.
