【摘要】:使用中空纤维膜液相微萃取技术(LPME-HFM)建立了从水和生物样品(尿和血浆)中提取曲马多的方法。在室温(20℃)下用聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维膜过滤提取样品。萃取过程中用4μL甲苯作为萃取溶剂。用度冷丁作为内标,气相色谱法-氢火焰离子化检测器分析测定,最低检测限达0.01 mg/L(自来水、尿)或0.05 mg/L(血浆)。和传统的液液萃取方法相比,该方法集萃取和浓缩一步完成,更简便、快速、绿色环保。
