温州汉族群体3个X-STR基因座遗传多态性

【摘要】：正本文对402名温州汉族无关个体DXS9898、DXS6800、DXS6810等3个X-STR基因座遗传多态性多态性进行了调查,现报道如下。1材料与方法样本及DNA提取402名温州汉族无关个体抗凝血液样本,其中女220人、男182人,系本实验室日常检案积累。采用Chelex-100法[1]提取DNA。扩增及检测3个基因座的引物序列参照基因组数据库(www.gdb.org),由上海生工生物工程公司合成。PCR扩增条件为94℃3min;94℃35s,58℃
[Abstract]:The genetic polymorphisms of three X-STR loci were investigated in 402 unrelated individuals of Wenzhou Han nationality, including DXS9898, DXS6800 and DXS6810. The results are as follows: 1 samples of materials and methods and 402 samples of anticoagulant blood extracted by DNA from unrelated individuals of Wenzhou Han nationality, of which 220 were women.
