和谐社会视域下中国社会阶层结构优化

【摘要】：在三十多年改革开放事业得到全面发展的基础上,我们要实现整个国家的大发展和大繁荣,就需要进行和谐社会建设。而在建设和谐社会的历史进程中,深入研究中国社会阶层结构及其存在的问题,并提出解决问题的相应对策,对在本世纪中叶实现中华民族伟大复兴的意义重大而深远。不言而喻,现阶段我们距离实现和谐社会的建设目标还相当遥远。因为社会各阶层之间的和睦相处是构建和谐社会的前提条件,如果无法做到这一点,社会和谐就是一个空想。客观地说,当今中国社会各个阶层之间的矛盾和摩擦还在加剧,社会阶层结构的不平衡性和不合理性问题日益凸显,呈现不断复杂化和多元化的特点。为此,本文首先对中国社会阶层结构的研究背景及其相关理论进行了深入分析,并就阶层和社会阶层结构的概念进行了界定,还就中国社会阶层结构的历史变迁、划分依据、阶层划分理论等方面的研究成果进行了梳理。然后,本文就和谐社会发展背景下的中国社会阶层结构及其存在问题进行了探析,并就社会阶层结构与社会主义和谐社会、社会主义现代化进程之间的内在关联进行了深入探讨。最后,以建设和谐社会为背景,本文提出了优化中国社会阶层结构的具体举措。并对我国社会阶层结构的比例协调化问题、利益格局失衡问题和流动性问题,提出了具体的应对方案。在论述中,本文特别强调的是,要想中国社会发展得到稳步推进,要想中国社会和经济发展充满活力,就需要在优化中国社会阶层结构的制度设计方面做足功课,并以制度的公平性、可行性、有效性和适用性来带动社会阶层结构的合理性和协调性。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the comprehensive development of reform and opening up for more than 30 years, we need to build a harmonious society if we want to realize the great development and prosperity of the whole country, and in the historical process of building a harmonious society. It is of great significance to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the middle of this century by deeply studying the social stratum structure of China and its existing problems and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems. It goes without saying that at this stage we are far from achieving the goal of building a harmonious society, because harmonious coexistence among all social strata is a prerequisite for building a harmonious society, if this cannot be done. Social harmony is a utopian dream. Objectively speaking, the contradictions and frictions between the various social strata in China are intensifying, and the imbalance and irrationality of the social stratum structure are becoming increasingly prominent. Presents the characteristic which unceasingly complicates and multiplies. Therefore, this paper firstly analyzes the research background and related theories of Chinese social stratum structure, and defines the concept of stratum and social stratum structure. The historical changes, division basis and stratum division theory of Chinese social stratum structure are also reviewed. Then, this paper analyzes the Chinese social stratum structure and its existing problems under the background of harmonious society development, and discusses the social stratum structure and socialist harmonious society. The internal relation between the socialist modernization process has carried on the thorough discussion. Finally, in order to build a harmonious society as the background, this paper puts forward specific measures to optimize the social stratum structure in China. The concrete countermeasures are put forward. In this paper, it is especially emphasized that China's social development should be steadily promoted, and that China's social and economic development should be full of vitality. It is necessary to do a good job in optimizing the system design of Chinese social stratum structure, and drive the rationality and coordination of the social stratum structure by the fairness, feasibility, validity and applicability of the system.
