十八大以来新形势下意识形态工作创新初探

【摘要】：十八大以来,以习近平同志为总书记的新一届领导集体明确提出了实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦及两个一百年战略目标,形成了全面建成小康社会、全面深化改革、全面推进依法治国、全面从严治党——“四个全面”作为当前和今后一个时期治国理政的总方略,中国特色社会主义现代化建设进入了新阶段。在这一时代环境下,作为精神动力和智力支持的意识形态工作必然会要展现出一些新思路新方法,需要把握住一些新的原则,更加积极更加主动,谋求中华民族在人类文明话语权上的应有地位,推进中华民族包括文化复兴在内的伟大复兴。论文在具体阐述当前意识形态工作面临的主要挑战后,从把握新形势出发,提出了当前意识形态工作要把握的两大原则:全面统筹、与时俱进。继而在接下来的两章中具体论述对意识形态工作任务的全面统筹,以及任务解决对策上的与时俱进。本文第一章详细说明了当前新形势下意识形态工作面临的新任务新挑战,以及意识形态工作如何适应当前形势需要,确保国家意识形态安全。第二章,重点论述了新形势下意识形态工作需要把握的基本原则和指导方针。第三章,通过全面统筹、精细规划,具体分析我国当前意识形态领域需要着重解决的四项重点问题,包括党员领导干部马列主义信仰问题;反西方渗透,坚定中国特色社会主义理想信念问题;加强民族团结,增进民族认同问题;满足人民需求,提高人民素养问题。第四章,论述在新的历史环境下,与时俱进,创新意识形态工作的手段方法,积极探索维护意识形态安全的有效途径,重点从加强理论研究、营造正面的现实环境、团队建设、健全意识形态管理机制、把握互联网阵地五个方面做了详细论述。最后,总结全文,意识形态工作需把握新形势,全面统筹重点任务,与时俱进,创新工作手段,全面打造正能量、提升国家文化软实力,奏响中华民族伟大复兴的宏伟乐章。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress, the new leading collective with Comrade Xi Jinping as the general secretary has clearly put forward Chinese Dream and two strategic objectives for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and formed a well-off society in an all-round way. Deepening the reform in an all-round way, comprehensively promoting the rule of law, and administering the party in an all-round and strict manner-"four all-round" is the general strategy of governing the country at present and in a period to come. The modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage. In this era, the ideological work, which is the spiritual motive force and intellectual support, will inevitably show some new ideas and methods. It is necessary to grasp some new principles, be more active and more active, and strive for the due position of the Chinese nation in the discourse right of human civilization. To promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, including the cultural rejuvenation. After elaborating the main challenges facing the current ideological work, the thesis starts from the new situation. Put forward the current ideological work to grasp the two major principles: overall coordination, with the times, and then in the next two chapters of the specific discussion of the ideological task of the overall coordination. The first chapter of this paper explains in detail the new tasks and new challenges facing the ideological work under the current new situation, and how the ideological work to meet the needs of the current situation.
