网络反恐知识库构建研究

【摘要】：[目的/意义]在恐怖主义将网络空间作为第二战场的背景下,构建网络反恐知识库,为实际网络反恐工作提供知识查阅和决策参考。[方法/过程]通过学习已有机构知识库构建方案和网络反恐研究资料,运用DSpace的三层架构,从本体知识库的形成、知识库的设计流程和知识库的功能模型构建出网络反恐知识库模型。[结果/结论]运用编程语言和数据库完成网络反恐本体知识库构建,并做出简易原型知识库系统。系统记录网络恐怖事件和组织反恐知识,通过查阅和浏览网络恐怖事件和应对方案为反恐机构决策提供参考。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] in the context of terrorism regarding cyberspace as the second battlefield, the knowledge base on cyberterrorism is constructed. To provide knowledge reference and decision reference for actual network counter-terrorism work. [method / process] by studying the existing institutional knowledge base construction scheme and network counter-terrorism research materials, using the three-tier structure of DSpace, the formation of ontology knowledge base, The design flow of the knowledge base and the function model of the knowledge base are used to construct the network anti-terrorism knowledge base model. [results / conclusion] using programming language and database to complete the network anti-terrorism ontology knowledge base construction, It also makes a simple prototype knowledge base system. The system records the network terrorist events and the organization anti-terrorism knowledge, and provides the reference for the decision-making of the anti-terrorism organization by consulting and browsing the network terrorist incidents and coping plans.
