老年人机构养老意愿及其偏好调查分析

【摘要】：基于苏州市相城区64424位老年人情况问卷调查数据,实证分析了老年人的机构养老意愿及其对不同类型养老机构的偏好。重点考查了失能程度与支付能力对其机构养老意愿及其偏好的影响。结果表明,户籍、婚姻状况、是否有养老金、居住方式、健在子女数量、月收入状况、同家人关系、日常生活能力(ADL)和养老机构认知对老年人的机构养老意愿都有显著影响。老年人的失能程度和支付能力决定了其对不同类型养老机构的偏好。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of 64424 old people in the urban area of Suzhou , the paper empirically analyzes the old - age willingness of the old people and their preference for different types of pension institutions . The results show that the degree of disability and the ability to pay are influenced by the willingness and preference of their institutions . The results show that the degree of disability and the status of the monthly income , the relationship with family members , the ability of daily life ( ADL ) and the cognition of pension institutions have a significant impact on the willingness of the elderly . The degree of disability and the ability of payment determine their preference for different types of pension institutions .
