社会主义现代化“新三步走”战略设想

【摘要】：社会主义现代化总任务是指引中国发展之路的核心目标,自新中国成立以来,中国之路先后经历了毛泽东时期的"四个现代化"战略(1964—2000)、邓小平时期的"三步走"(1980—2050)、新时期的"三步走"战略(2000—2050),这些目标具有开创性、继承性、连续性和在国际社会中的独特性。目前,中国第一个百年目标胜利在望,胜利在握,在继承此前中国发展任务的基础之上,可以提出中国社会主义现代化"三步走"战略设想(2030—2050—2078)。第一步是2030年建成共同富裕社会;第二步是2050年实现社会主义现代化;第三步是2078年,建成高度发达的社会主义现代化国家。
[Abstract]:The overall task of socialist modernization is the core goal to guide China's development. Since the founding of New China, China's road has experienced the "four modernizations" strategy of Mao Zedong's period (1964-2000), the "three steps" of Deng Xiaoping period (1980-2050), and the "three steps" strategy of the new period (2000-2050). These objectives are groundbreaking and inheritable. Continuity and uniqueness in the international community. At present, China's first centennial goal is in sight, victory is at hand, and on the basis of inheriting the previous tasks of China's development, The "three-step" strategy for China's socialist modernization can be proposed. The first step is to build a common prosperous society on 2030; the second step is to realize socialist modernization on 2050; and the third step is to complete the goal of 2078. To build a highly developed socialist modern country.
