当代中国创新理论若干问题探析

【摘要】：党的十八大以来逐渐形成完善的当代中国创新理论,有若干重大问题需要我们科学把握、深入探析。透过习近平同志和中央领导集体关于治国理政、管党治党的一系列新理念新思想新战略,我们可以获得以下基本认识和基本判断,即:当代中国创新理论的时代条件,由经济新常态、政治新挑战、文化新追求、国际新背景共同凝结;其科学性质,由现实需要、问题导向、民众期待、实践探索共同赋予;其完整体系,由奋斗目标、发展道路、战略体系、践行途径、条件保障共同构架;其价值作用,由理论上丰富发展、方法上拓展创新、实践上指导引领共同展现。当代中国创新理论与时代共频律动、与实践同步并行,展现出广阔前途和美好前景。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), we have gradually formed a perfect theory of innovation in contemporary China. There are a number of major issues that need to be scientifically grasped and deeply explored. A series of new ideas, new ideas and new strategies for governing the party, we can obtain the following basic understandings and basic judgments: the era conditions of contemporary Chinese innovation theory, the new normal of economy, the new challenge of politics, the new pursuit of culture, The international new background congeals together; its scientific nature is endowed by reality need, problem orientation, people's expectation, practice exploration, its complete system, by struggle goal, development road, strategic system, practice way, condition guarantee common frame; Its value function is enriched in theory, expanded and innovated in method, and guided in practice. The contemporary Chinese innovation theory and times synchronize with practice, showing a broad future and a bright future.
