从理论上把握习近平关于社会主义初级阶段的基本思想和科学内涵

【摘要】：我国仍处于并将长期处于社会主义初级阶段是建设中国特色社会主义的总依据,是建设什么样的社会主义、怎样建设社会主义的现实出发点。从理论上深刻认识和把握以习近平总书记为核心的党中央关于社会主义初级阶段的基本思想和科学内涵,是立足初级阶段实际,实现社会主义现代化和中华民族伟大复兴目标的基本遵循。目前,进入较高阶段的条件还不具备,不能将初级阶段简单理解为需要上百年的时间。立足社会主义初级阶段实际,深化经济体制改革,做大做强做优国有企业、搞活农村集体经济、释放农村土地制度的活力,是巩固公有制经济主体地位和发挥国有企业主导作用的大逻辑和进入较高阶段的必要条件。
[Abstract]:China is still at and will remain in the primary stage of socialism for a long time. It is the general basis for building socialism with Chinese characteristics and what kind of socialism is to be built. How to build the realistic starting point of socialism. In theory, we deeply understand and grasp the basic ideas and scientific connotations of the Party Central Committee on the primary stage of socialism with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core, which is based on the reality of the primary stage. At present, the conditions for entering a higher stage are not available, and it is not possible to simply interpret the primary stage as a hundred years' time and base itself on the reality of the primary stage of socialism. We should deepen the reform of the economic system, strengthen and improve state-owned enterprises, invigorate the rural collective economy, and release the vitality of the rural land system. It is the necessary condition to consolidate the dominant position of the public economy and give full play to the leading role of the state-owned enterprises.
