乌兹别克斯坦“去俄罗斯化”进程探析

【摘要】：20世纪90年代初,乌兹别克斯坦刚刚独立便开始在社会生活的各个领域进行大规模的"去俄罗斯化",以彰显其民族独立。本文分析该国实施"去俄罗斯化"的原因,详尽介绍乌兹别克斯坦"去俄罗斯化"进程中采取的具体举措,并在此基础上重点阐述独立二十多年来"去俄罗斯化"对该国俄语的地位和使用范围、俄罗斯人的生活处境、乌兹别克语的发展和使用、文化和教育水平、经济、民族心理等社会领域所产生的巨大影响。
[Abstract]:In 1990s, Uzbekistan began to denaturalize its national independence on a large scale in various fields of social life, as soon as it became independent. This paper analyzes the reasons for the implementation of "de-Russian" in Uzbekistan. Introducing in detail the specific measures taken in the process of "de-Russian" in Uzbekistan, and, on this basis, focusing on the status and use of the "de-Russianization" in Uzbekistan for more than 20 years since its independence, as well as the living conditions of the Russian people, The development and use of Uzbek, cultural and educational level, economy, national psychology and other social fields have a great impact.
