构建核安全命运共同体的几点思考

【摘要】：核安全命运共同体是中国在核安全领域提出的新理念。虽然实现这一理念面临诸多挑战,但是从共同体实践模式、国家合作、共同利益观和全球治理的角度来看,核安全命运共同体是具有可行性。打造核安全命运共同体,可通过以下途径实现:扩大国际合作范围,深化国际合作方式;强化国家责任,提高国际道德和共同体意识;积极推进核安全体系建设;培育核安全文化,增强核安全意识。
[Abstract]:The Nuclear Safety Destiny Community is a new concept put forward by China in the field of nuclear safety. Although the realization of this concept faces many challenges, it is viewed from the perspectives of community practice, state cooperation, common interests and global governance. It is feasible to build a nuclear safety destiny community, which can be realized by expanding the scope of international cooperation, deepening the mode of international cooperation, strengthening national responsibility, enhancing international morality and community consciousness. Actively promote the construction of nuclear safety system; foster a nuclear safety culture and enhance nuclear safety awareness.
