全球化视野中我国意识形态安全问题探析

【摘要】：进入新世纪以来,随着科学技术的发展进步,经济全球化、信息全球化迅猛发展。全球化在给我国经济、政治、文化、社会、生态建设等各方面带来新的发展契机的同时也对我国的政治安全提出了新的挑战。而意识形态安全既是政治安全中最重要的组成部分,又是敌对势力妄想颠覆一个政权、搞垮一个社会所重点选择的突破口。纵观国际社会一些社会主义国家兴衰的无数惨烈历史都充分证明了这一点。近年来,由于境外敌对势力的侵蚀、渗透,我国的马克思主义主流意识形态也受到了不同程度的影响。因此,如何进一步提高意识形态安全意识,客观的分析我国当前的意识形态形势,构建有效的意识形态安全保障体系,成为摆在我们面前亟待解决的重要问题。鉴于此,本文着重从三个方面对我国当前意识形态安全问题进行了深入的探究。第一部分,在对全球化、全球化的意识形态属性、国家意识安全等概念进行界定的前提下,阐述了维护国家意识形态安全的极端重要性。第二部分,从市场国际化使我国意识形态的经济基础受到冲击和削弱;文化多元化使主流意识形态的地位受到冲击和挑战;网络信息化加快了西方国家对我国进行意识形态渗透三个方面,客观、系统的分析了全球化时代我国意识形态安全面临的问题和挑战。第三部分,紧密结合我国的现实,从夯实、巩固社会主义发展建设的经济基础;建设和巩固社会主义核心价值体系;构建国家意识形态安全防护及保障体系三个方面,提出了维护我国意识形态安全的对策。旨在为国家相关部门决策提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the new century, with the development of science and technology, economic globalization and information globalization have developed rapidly. Globalization has given China's economy, politics, culture and society, Ecological construction and other aspects have brought new opportunities for development and at the same time put forward new challenges to our country's political security. While ideological security is not only the most important part of political security, but also the hostile forces' delusion to overthrow a regime. The breakthrough that has been chosen to bring down a society. Throughout the numerous and bitter history of the rise and fall of some socialist countries in the international community, this has been fully demonstrated. In recent years, due to the erosion and infiltration of hostile forces from abroad, The mainstream ideology of Marxism in China has also been affected to varying degrees. Therefore, how to further enhance the consciousness of ideological security and objectively analyze the current ideological situation in China, The construction of an effective ideological security system has become an important issue to be solved urgently. In view of this, this paper focuses on three aspects of our current ideological security issues in-depth exploration. On the premise of defining the concepts of globalization, the ideological attributes of globalization and the security of national consciousness, this paper expounds the extreme importance of safeguarding the security of national ideology. The internationalization of the market impacts and weakens the economic foundation of our ideology; the cultural pluralism impacts and challenges the status of the mainstream ideology; and the network information accelerates the ideological penetration of our country by western countries. Objective and systematic analysis of China's ideological security in the era of globalization facing the problems and challenges. The third part, closely combined with the reality of our country, from the consolidation of the economic foundation of socialist development and construction; In order to build and consolidate the socialist core value system, construct the national ideological security protection and safeguard system, and put forward the countermeasures to maintain the ideological security of our country, this paper aims to provide reference and reference for the relevant departments of the country.
