【摘要】：在我国实施计划生育政策将近半个世纪之后,随着改革开放的全面发展,我国的人口数量问题已经得以改善,但引发的社会问题逐渐复杂并且多样化。在这些问题当中,独生子女家庭的养老问题在近些年不断受到社会各个阶层的关注。传统的家庭养老模式在纷繁复杂的社会矛盾和多元化的经济模式下已经难以发挥作用,并且在社会环境不断发展的大环境下,社会资源和自然资源不断被压缩。恰逢我国新型养老模式尚未成熟之际,城市独生子女需要面临着巨大的经济压力和心里负担。我国城市独生子女家庭的养老问题不仅需要得到政府和子女的支持,也需要父母自身的支持。本文较为系统地阐述了我国计划生育政策的历史背景和实施效果,分析了我国城市独生子女家庭结构形成的社会背景；研究了我国城市独生子女家庭的特征和现状,对于我国城市独生子女家庭和非独生子女家庭进行了比较分析,剖析了我国城市独生子女家庭养老问题的内因；在分析我国城市独生子女家庭具体的养老困境的基础上,寻找出了影响我国城市独生子女家庭养老的关键因素；针对我国城市独生子女家庭养老困境的三个主要方面(经济、生活和精神层面)进行了深层次的研究；在上述研究分析的基础上,从政府、子女和父母三方面入手,提出了解决我国城市独生子女家庭养老问题的应对策略。
[Abstract]:After the implementation of family planning policy in China for nearly half a century, with the overall development of reform and opening up, the population number of our country has been improved, but the social problems caused gradually complex and diversified.Among these problems, the one-child family pension problem has been paid more and more attention in recent years.The traditional family pension model has been difficult to play a role under the complicated social contradictions and diversified economic model, and social resources and natural resources are constantly compressed under the environment of the continuous development of the social environment.At a time when the new pension model is not mature in China, the only-child in the city is facing enormous economic pressure and psychological burden.The pension problem of urban one-child families in China needs not only the support of the government and children, but also the support of parents themselves.This paper systematically expounds the historical background and implementation effect of our country's family planning policy, analyzes the social background of the formation of urban one-child family structure, and studies the characteristics and present situation of the urban one-child family in China.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the urban one-child families and non-one-child families in China, analyzes the internal causes of the old-age problems of the urban one-child families, and analyzes the plight of the urban one-child families in our country.This paper finds out the key factors that affect the old-age care of the one-child family in our city, and makes a deep research on the three main aspects (economic, life and spiritual level) of the plight of the one-child family in our country.On the basis of the above research and analysis, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of the one-child family pension in China from three aspects: government, children and parents.
