论五大发展理念的人民主体性价值

【摘要】：中国共产党第十八届五中全会首次提出了创新、绿色、协调、共享、开放五大发展理念。发展作为彰显人的主体性的核心要素,发展理念更新反映的是发展的价值取向的转变。五大发展理念鲜明地展示了发展的人民主体性价值,并为这一价值取向构建了整体框架。秉承创新发展促进了人的能动性的充分迸发,贯彻绿色发展发挥了人的受动性的保障机制,注重协调发展推动了人的自主性的不断成熟,厚植共享发展确保了人的自为性的充分彰显,坚定开放发展实现了交互主体性的共赢局面。
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee for the first time put forward the five development concepts of innovation, green, coordination, sharing and opening.Development, as the core element of human subjectivity, reflects the change of development value orientation.The five development ideas clearly show the value of the people's subjectivity of development, and construct the whole frame for this value orientation.Adhering to the innovative development to promote the full burst of human initiative, the implementation of green development has brought into play the mechanism of protection of human mobility, and the emphasis on coordinated development has promoted the continuous maturity of human autonomy.The development of thick planting and sharing ensures the full manifestation of human self-sufficiency, and the firm and open development realizes the win-win situation of mutual subjectivity.
