新发展理念的整体性哲学思考:精神、立场与范式

【摘要】：创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享等新发展理念是具有内在逻辑系统的整体性"理论远见",既需要"分门别类"式的阐释,更需要整体性的哲学思考。从整体性的哲学视角出发,新发展理念彰显了批判性与超越性的精神品质,蕴含着人本观念、生态意识、风险视角、责任担当与未来导向五个层面的基本立场,并在此基础上建构了"问题范式""价值范式"和"质量范式"。
[Abstract]:The new development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing have the integral "theoretical vision" of internal logic system, which need not only the explanation of "classification", but also the overall philosophical thinking.From the perspective of holistic philosophy, the new concept of development demonstrates the spiritual quality of criticism and transcendence, and contains five basic standpoints: humanism, ecological consciousness, risk perspective, responsibility bearing and future guidance.On this basis, it constructs the problem paradigm, the value paradigm and the quality paradigm.
